Engineering Administrator

Are you an ace when it comes to anything administrative? Are Organised and Efficient two words that can't be left out of your vocabulary? We are looking for an A-Grade administrator to join our Engineering team in Te Anau!

This is a permanent, full-time role for an experienced administrator who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As Engineering Administrator, you will be the first point of call for all Engineering enquiries; supporting the team with purchasing, managing information and organising tasks.

To be successful within this role you will:
• Be computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn other systems as required;
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills;
• Be a logical thinker and sound problem solver, with the ability to focus on the bigger picture;
• Be an excellent verbal and written communicator with a strong attention to detail;
• Have strong task management skills with prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks.

As Engineering Administrator you'll be someone who can think on their feet, has a proactive approach and is a quick learner. You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to relate to a range of people in order to make things happen.
