We have a rare opportunity for an inspirational and motivational leader to develop and maintain a high performing team who are focused on world class customer satisfaction.

You'll be managing the day to day operational aspects of your team in a multi-skilled environment as well as being responsible for process improvement that supports the growth of your team member's individual skills. As a Team Leader, you'll work collaboratively with teams throughout the business to deliver world class customer experience.

You’ll support your team with coaching, facilitation, training and hitting targets. And you’ll support escalations of a technical, procedural or system nature.

To be successful you will need proven experience as a people manager in a customer service environment with highly developed coaching and people development capability. We are looking for someone who is great at building strong relationships, who is a strategic thinker, someone who models exceptional work behaviour and can clearly communicate expectations.

Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

• Utilities experience – preferably the Energy sector
• People management
• Transfers management
• Compliance management
• Billing
• Metering data
