  • Administration or coordination experience that has seen you juggle a few different tasks and systems at once
Experience that encompasses basic accounts like invoicing, reconciliations or collections is also welcome, as these will be elements of the role at different times, but are in no way essential. 

Finally, you will have a sense of humour, enjoy a social gathering on a Friday night and like to work in an environment that is friendly and welcoming. 

What. 
The role is to ensure that client requests are effectively carried out. Once a request comes in, there is a chain of events carried out by different individuals in the team to manage that client and your role will be to carry out any number of those tasks, depending on workflow. 

The kinds of things you'll be looking after day to day can include: 
  • Respond to new requests or enquiries from clients either by phone or email 
  • Generate agreements, inputting payment details including direct debits 
  • Tracking monthly client payments
  • Liaise with clients to ensure terms are amended as necessary
  • Maintain database 
  • Action reconciliations, refunds, endorsements and cancellations
  • Other ad hoc administration as required to support the team! 
Full training is provided if you haven't had exposure to this before
