The Company
Based in Auckland CBD, this organisation is a well-known telecommunications organisation who look after infrastructure and networks throughout NZ.
They have a large office in the CBD with their staff based throughout the county and they are currently in need of a customer focused candidate to assist their team.
Role
In this role, you will be dealing with inbound calls from customers with queries relating to billings.
- Answering inbound calls and emails to explain invoices to clients
- Talking through the bill and what is owed
- Arranging payment plans
- Allocating payments to accounts once made
Skills/Experience
You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to describe and understand situations, whilst being able to push back where needed.
- Previous customer service experience
- Phone based experience and strong communication skills
- Resilience with a confident personality
