About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a container controller to provide outstanding administration assistance and container control functions to our Mount Maunganui based depot.
Reporting to the Depot Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining all container park records - manual and computer based
- Container control tracking data entry and communications
- Providing accurate reports to the operations manager and workshop staff for workflow purposes
- Any general administration as required to ensure the smooth running of the container park
About you
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have an eye for detail and have proven experience providing accurate reporting. You will naturally be someone who is organised with effective time management skills. Experience in the Microsoft suite is an absolute must along with other systems (container control and customer service). Experience in the container or shipping industry will set you apart from the rest.
