They are currently looking for an ambitious and confident Instalment Administrator to help lead and grow the team.


Your new role

This is a varied, fast paced role where you will be trained in different departments, your core duties will include:

• Work with Instalment Administrators to ensure finance company direct debits & administration are delivered in a timely & effective manner
• Assist in new agreements, and send out finance agreement documentation to clients
• Providing expert customer service & assistance to clients when they call.
• Credit management on payment arrears

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years Financial Services experience
• Insurance or lending industry knowledge
• Credit control knowledge
• Basic accounting admin
• Be innovative & have the ability to multitask
• Have the ability to build strong relationships and have fun in you job!
