This role is a full-time position. The successful candidate will bring strong finance and administrative skills ideally with finance training. This would suit a recent graduate or somebody studying part time.

The role:             

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the finance and administration team within the Group to assist with continual productivity improvement.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Working closely with the finance & administration team
  • Input/reconciliation of accounts payable/accounts receivable
  • Office administrative tasks including database information management, stationery, mail and filing duties
  • Front of house for the Tauranga office including reception, contractor liaison, and management of the key register
  • Assist with the administration of day to day reactive Facilities Management tasks and contractor management
  • Assisting with the production and circulation of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc correspondence to clients and staff

 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Initiative
  • Affinity to work with numbers and ideally experience in financial packages
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sound judgment in the prioritising of tasks and activities to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer facing and communication skills
  • A high level of proficiency in computer software and database systems.
  • Strong and professional customer service focus.
