Working with and assisting a close team of Claims Case Managers, you will learn the claims process end to end. You will provide pivotal administration support to the team and assist in ensuring customer receive the best care. This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door and build you career within Insurance.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing emails in the general claims inbox
  • Monitoring and following up on claims debts
  • Lodging new claims – from phone, email or internet
  • Member of the Claims Team phone queue
  • Assisting the team to follow up on invoices, forms and overdue assessments

 

What are we looking for?

You will be looking to kick start your career in the Insurance industry. You will also have a positive and willing attitude and be keen to learn!

Ideally you will also have some phone-based customer service experience and a professional and pleasant phone manner.
