Night shift call center staff required We have new shifts available to join our afterhours support team from our Manukau Recruitment center. We have a brand new, modern and safe office on Lambie Drive that has full security set up including monitored alarms and video surveillance. With a pool table, big screen TV’s and high speed unlimited internet you can pass the night away whilst you wait for calls. You will be taking after hours calls from our national clients and customers, so no two calls are the same. You may be filling last minute job orders, general enquiries or emergency support for our New Zealand business. The night shift call center has shifts available from 11pm to 6am. To be successful in this role you will: * Have a strong work history ideally from a call centre or after-hours support environment * Have exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal * Have Intermediate to advance computer skills * Be highly organised and can multi task * You can work well in a small team, trustworthy, reliable and can follow strict processes and procedures * Your problem-solving skills will be your strongest strength as typically the night shift calls can be unique and require you to think outside the square. * You will be honest, highly reliable and trustworthy and have a true commitment to customer service.
