THE OPPORTUNITY
It’s a busy varied role and whilst you are based on reception there are a wide range of administrative tasks to keep you on your toes. Not only will you undertake the typical reception duties of answering phones and meet and greet but you will also provide administrative support for the L & D Manager. You will also get involved in managing events, assist with settlement documents and undertake a range of administrative tasks for the wider team.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
This is vital role so we are looking for a well presented positive person with great people skills and loads of initiative. You will need to have worked on reception, have a strong ability to multi-task, pick up things quickly and your willingness to undertake any task that comes your way. Strong computer skills are also important.
