The role
The Corporate Information and Records Advisor reports to the Manager, Information and Records Management and supports the team in delivering information and records management services for the NZ Transport Agency. This role provides advisory and support services for business clients who require information, library and records management services across the whole of the organisation.
What you will bring
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in advising, analysing and improving information, library and records management services
- Significant experience delivering excellent customer service
- Ability and experience as an excellent team member
- Knowledge of Government and professional information related legislation, standards, policies and practices
- Ability to participate in information management projects and initiatives
- Technical competence in aspects of information management such as, content management, records management or library science.
- Tertiary Information qualification
