Customer Service / Product Consultant Job in East Tamaki - providing the highest levels of customer care
Your new company
This company is an international leader in the supply of catering equipment and hospitality supplies. They offer the highest quality of supplies and pride themselves on their customer service. Due to continued growth, a permanent sales support / business development executive is needed to join the team in Auckland.
Your new role
Your primary focus will be to manage inbound customer interactions and be the first point of call for any client questions or queries. You will utilise company policies to solve customer issues and escalate calls if necessary. It is essential that you commit to learning the companies product range to ensure maximise sales opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous contact centre experience
- Fantastic communication skills - both written and verbal
- A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment but also as an individual
