Part time position
The Pharmacy Council's primary role is to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of the public by ensuring pharmacists are competent and fit to practise. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to be part of our small team working 20 hours per week.
Reporting to, and assisting the Executive Assistant, you will arrange travel, meetings and catering, and generally help keep the office running.
Your attention to detail and strong customer service, excellent communication skills and high levels of flexibility to manage peaks will hold you in good stead in this position.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- a minimum of three years administration experience
- intermediate/advanced knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a professional positive ‘can do’ attitude
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
