Our Enliven Individualised funding team focus on maximizing the independence of people with disabilities.
We are seeking a talented, client focused Administrator to ensure the effective functioning of the Enliven Henderson office. You will be responsible for the provision of high level support and administration to our busy, professional, Henderson based team.
This exciting and varied part time role (24 hours per week) will see you use your dynamic organisational skills, initiative, and problem solving skills to keep our office running smoothly. There is never a dull moment and new challenges occur every day so you need to be capable of working under pressure, have a can-do approach to your work and a natural inclination to go the extra mile.
About you:
- Proven administration experience; preferably in the health service environment
- Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Filing and database management experience
- Flexibility to support the team with other functions
- Understanding of payroll systems
