We are looking for a fast learner to join our amazing team, who is fluent in Spanish and English. You must be passionate about health and fitness, and feel comfortable answering questions from customers about working out, body building, and nutrition related questions.

We are looking for an awesome person who:

• Is fluent in English and Spanish (able to speak and write in both)
• Has experience in the Health and Fitness Industry – Body building, Fitness, Nutrition
• Is great with customers
• Has a great attitude
• Is able to start ASAP
• Has experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising  

This is a full time customer service role, where you will assist new and existing customers generally via email, who speak Spanish or English. Initially there will be some translation work, translating English content to Spanish. It is an interesting and varied role, and there are opportunities for career development and growth. It is imperative that you feel comfortable talking about body building, nutrition and working out - as this is a key component of your role.

The company is MacroActive.com.  We are a high growth SAAS software company in the health & wellness training / nutrition space.   We have clients like Josef Rakich, Zac Smith, Harry Jowsey & Sergei Constance.

We support the business automation and marketing automation of digital entrepreneurs from many industries including but not limited to Nutrition, Fitness, Bodybuilding, Yoga, Pilates, Boxing, Wrestling, MMA, Rowing, Basketball, and the list goes on... if you have a passion for any of these fields, then you're already a good fit!  

This position is an entry level but if you're exceptional with clients and prove your excellent attention to detail, you will grow fast as the organization grows. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Translate our current trainer console from English to Spanish for our 2 new clients.
• Help onboard our 2 new Spanish clients. 
• Handle all the email customer support for our Spanish clients and if required help with email customer support for our existing English clients.
• Efficiently communicate any issues or opportunities presented by the clients you are looking after.
• Be professional and timely with all client communications.
• Video conference with clients as part of core communication

Requirements

• Must be native Spanish speaker with excellent Spanish and English written skills.
• Killer keyboard skills – ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.   
• Problem solver
• Tremendous interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Solid customer service skills including excellent 
• Sound ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment
• Attention to detail & positive attitude
• Passion for the health & wellness industry and a fitness or nutrition qualification would be advantageous but not required.

LOCATION

West Harbour, Auckland  (some time may be flexible work hours from home after the first 3 months)

FULL TIME / PART TIME

Full time position i.e. 40 hours spread over 5 or 6 days.
