Great opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.

 

Head Office based role in Mt Roskill.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a contact point for all communications directed specifically to the General Manager
  • Deliver secretarial support functions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Diary and email management
  • Enhance the Executive & Management team productivity and effectiveness through deadline management, priority setting and reminder systems
  • Assist in implementing policies and procedures to the company
  • Work on special administration projects as required
  • Event coordination

 

What will you need to bring to this role?

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management/Administration or a related discipline
  • Solid EA and secretarial background
  • High degree of computer literacy and typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
  • Exceptional time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality output
  • Proactivity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Substantial experience working with highly confidential information
  • Ability to problem solve

 

Hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
