As the Receptionist, you will be situated on the front desk and your duties would include but not be limited too;
- meeting and greeting clients
- providing administrative support to the wider team
- ordering office supplies
- data entry
- assign visitor cards
Essential Skills
- Excellent computer skills with a high standard of proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent at planning and organising with the ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently and prioritise own workload.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, flexible and adaptable
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
