What would you be doing
In this role you’ll provide administrative support as part of the Assurance Operations team on a day-to-day basis. You’ll also be maintaining and updating staff resourcing management systems, handling general staff resourcing queries, liaising with other offices within New Zealand and offshore and preparing reports as required. This position deals with confidential information on a regular basis.
A few key responsibilities are as follows:
• Basic maintenance of staff resourcing management tool
• Producing regular productivity, availability and financial reports
• Processing leave requests and approvals through the leave database
• Review of staff expense claims from all regions and reviewing supporting receipts
• General administrative support to the Operations team including keeping various databases, websites and email groups up to date
• Assisting with creation and maintenance of Operations policies
• Coordinating on-boarding process for new starters and PwC staff transfers
What you’ll need to bring to the role
We’re looking for a motivated, efficient recent graduate looking to start an interesting career in a global organisation. You’ll need to have high attention to detail, be able to solve important problems and communicate with people at all levels.
The ideal candidate will also:
• Be pro-active and have a results oriented approach
• Have the willingness to learn and pick up new systems/skills quickly
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills – be approachable and able to build rapport with the wider Assurance team and business
• Show discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
• Have advanced experience using MS Office suite of products
• Have excellent project and time management skills
