Please note this role is Tuesday - Sunday 8am - 4pm.
Role:
You will be a Customer Service Representative required to work on both the front desk and back office.
- Provide unbeatable customer service
- Update database with customer information and general admin
- Support customers with a variety of enquiries
- Work the front desk at times

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have proven customer service experience and administration experience.
- Ability to think on your feet and retain new information
- Well presented and good communication skills
- Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
