We are looking for an experienced and vibrant Receptionist/Administration Assistant to assist our Hastings team in its continued success. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in managing our sales office.
Challenging and offering an opportunity for autonomy, this role requires someone with excellent communication skills, an appreciation of customer relations and highly developed administration skillset. Attention to detail, time management to ensure deadlines are met and proficiency in all aspects of IT are also a must.
Previous administration experience is essential and experience in the real estate industry will be highly regarded. The ability to be flexible, deal with pressure and juggle multiple demands while keeping information flowing to and from your busy team is crucial. As is the attitude that no job will be too big or too small for you! This team works hard yet has great fun while aiming for excellence in all that they do.
