We're currently looking for a Property Management Administrator to join our team.

Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be primarily responsible for assisting our Property Management team in the management of our growing portfolios. This will involve handling all documentation and paperwork, preparation of promotional material, Trust Account administration, and liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords alike.

We are very proud to hold the prestigious award of No 1 Property Management Office in NZ for 2018.

To be considered for this role our ideal candidate should possess proven customer service skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, grit, and determination to succeed.

A positive and friendly attitude is also an absolute must in this role.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven administration / customer service experience
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A high standard of personal integrity
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise time accordingly with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A desire to exceed expectations and become a valuable part of a vibrant and successful team
Experience in Property Management or Real Estate will be highly regarded.
