What.
You are an extension of the Creative Director looking after personal and business requirements. You will also be responsible for the management of the day to day organisation across the function of the office.

You are responsible for organising and maintaining the office environment and ensuring they are consistently presented beautifully and on brand.

Other duties will include but are not restricted to:  
  • Be a gatekeeper to Director - filtering communication and actioning accordingly 
  • Project-based work where you will be able to make decisions
  • Arrange and host events with stakeholders - display your precision and knowledge of the best places in town
  • Calendar management of Director
  • Create processes to maximise efficiency using your experience
  • Management of general office & liasing with facilities provider
  • Generally be a helpful and positive member of the team
