With increased work demands and priorities, our Health of Older (HOP) team now have a 12 month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Team Administrator with Secretariat and basic Project Coordination skills to ensure we can continue to deliver high quality value to our customers.


Requirements


In this role you will be providing team administrative and secretariat support along with some project work. This will involve the necessary planning and day to day coordination for secretariat and administrative services to the team, as well as providing some project coordination and support to the HOP programme and its projects.

This role will provide you with lots of variety and includes, minute taking through attendance at meetings, and following up of actions, coordinating meetings/workshops, producing agendas, diary management, booking travel, along with some project work and more.

If you have a collaborative and team player spirit, are flexible and have good organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet all deadlines we want to hear from you.
