St Marks is a Blenheim based Residential Addiction Treatment Service for adult individuals with issues of substance abuse disorders and accompanying conditions. We are looking for a Receptionist-Office Administrator who wants to join our wonderful Team.
Receptionist - Office Administrator
This is a new and interesting role where you will be dealing with a variety of tasks, you'll be working closely with the team and supporting our residents.
Your role will include meeting and greeting guests and clients, database entry, banking, mail register, client entry and discharge, liaison with Work and Income and other Government agencies, stationery orders, and providing reception and general administrative support. The position is part-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm (30 hours)
The successful candidate will have experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrator. Ideally, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- A collegial manner and a willingness to get on with a range of people
- Be empathetic and non-judgemental
- Have strong time & information management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
