The Role:

We have a fulltime opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Administration Officer to work at our Whangarei Clinic. We do require some flexibility to assist at other clinics if necessary. 

In this role you are the face of our organization and will work closely with our hearing impaired clients to provide them with the best possible service. Working alongside our hearing consultants you have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

 

 

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Greeting our customers and answering general enquiries
  • General administration tasks
  • Maintain electronic and manual files
  • Booking appointments
  • Maintaining our database
  • Ordering/receipting of stock
  • Minor hearing aid repairs (training provided)

 

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and via the phone

  • Ability to deal with people at all levels

  • Sound knowledge of MS office products
  • Well presented

  • Flexible to assist at other clinics when required
