Our client is looking for you to step into their business and provide administrative support to the team across all departments, while also providing receptionist services to guarantee client and customer satisfaction.
The Role
This position is a part-time role alongside a full-time team member and you will be responsible for running of the reception area and making sure all work relating to this role is done in a professional and timely manner. Self-motivation, intuitive and follow through on all given tasks is a must

The Role
This position is a part-time role alongside a full-time team member and you will be responsible for running of the reception area and making sure all work relating to this role is done in a professional and timely manner. Self-motivation, intuitive and follow through on all given tasks is a must
Some of your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Manage incoming phone calls in a prompt and friendly manner
- Updating phone lists and names on phone displays
- Arranging bookings for the office meeting rooms
- Ordering of general office/kitchen supplies
- Set up and organise catering for any in house events
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
- Photocopying, binding, laminating and scanning documents
- Provide support to ongoing various tasks as set and required on a daily basis e.g. filing, sorting invoices and other general duties/errands as required
- 2+ years Administrative or receptionist experience
- Friendly and helpful customer service skills
- Effective communicator who takes pride in their personal presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- A flexible work ethic will ensure you fit well in this fun, close-knit team environment.
