The Senior Accountant will report the Real Estate Accounting Manager and your are responsible for the timely and accurate accounting for the company’s Real Estate segment for Australia, New Zealand and United States.

Some of the responsibilities

• Prepare all general ledger and accrual journals
• Interact with and provide assistance to worldwide real estate operational management
• Create monthly management reports
• Interact with and provide assistance to worldwide real estate operational management
• Provides quarterly and year -end schedules 

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger accounting
• Passion for accuracy and demonstrated attention to detail
• 3+ years G/L accounting experience
• BCom/BCA in Accounting with audit experience preferred
• Provisional or Charter Accountant preferred, or the desire to train to become one
• Real estate accounting/finance and/or Yardi accounting system experience not required, but is a plus
• Excellent time management with personal initiative and self motivation
