Your role:
As we continue to transform our business we are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 3 month fixed term contract with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent role. You will be responsible for ensuring we are processing customer orders, providing a super level of customer service, receiving and escalating customer complaints and answering general enquiries. You will have the opportunity to work with supply chain and sales & marketing divisions of O-I and help us deliver a more customer centric approach.
About you:
You enjoy delivering a super service to customers and have a solid understanding of SAP. Having worked in a customer service role within logistics you will understand the various transport methods in New Zealand. You will be looking for a role that you can start immediately and would thrive working for a global manufacturing organisation.
