The Role

The shift;

  • 10am – 6pm: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

You will be a personable, down to Earth character who can show empathy towards customers while understanding that an outcome needs to be reached. You will be successful at building customer relationships. Proven experience in achieving set KPIs is fundamental along with the ability to quickly learn new systems. You will be able to quickly identify customer’s needs and be a savvy problem solver. You will continually strive for a positive outcome and have the ability to work with a wide variety of people. Your work ethic will be honest, flexible, sound and professional.

Duties

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide credit management and debt collection services
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries efficiently
  • Process payments via bank accounts to business standards
  • Process manual direct debit authorities

Skills & Experience

  • Call centre and credit services experience essential
  • Resilient and outcome driven
  • Ability to quickly learn systems and software
  • Use empathy and understanding towards customer’s circumstances
