Office Administrator
Due to company growth Southern QA is seeking a full
time office administrator in our Invercargill office.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to our technical team
- Compiling technical reports
- Managing procurement of supplies
- Reception duties such as fielding client enquiries, job bookings, filing and managing the flow of deliveries inward and out
- Review of completed jobs for accuracy and completeness
- Account management
The person
- The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in office administration
- Adaptable, good communicator, excellent team player and demonstrate a meticulous self starting approach to all work and initiative to work on own
- Attention to detail essential
- Good communication skills in both oral and written English
- Knowledge of accounting programs such as Infusion an advantage
- Be conversant with MS Office, specifically excel and word
The ideal candidate for this position will have
experience working alone in a small but efficient office.
