ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
We are looking for a skilled office all rounder who is keen to get stuck in to working for two unique businesses! This role would see you carrying out various day to day tasks for both a software consultation business (Cloudify Solutions) and a fencing construction company (Fine Point Group) that work out of the same office. If you are looking for a job that offers plenty of variety and offers new challenges every day, you’ve come to the right place!
What your role would entail:
- 3 days of work per week
- Management of accounts payable/receivable
- Administration duties
- Health and safety management
- Ad-hoc tasks
What we are looking for:
- Strong computer skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to pick up new skills easily
- Positive attitude
- Hard working
- Superb communication skills
- Professional manner
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Minimum 4-5 years of admin experience
- Experience in the trades/professional services industry is an advantage
- Health and safety experience is an advantage
- Experience with Xero, WorkflowMax, and/or other SaaS services
