We are looking for a highly organised Coordinator to join our Albany based team.
This role requires a personable and efficient person, capable of coordinating service professionals in an exciting and busy environment. We are looking for someone who is a team player, has an eye for detail and is keen to learn.
This position includes front line contact for existing and potential customers, so the successful applicant will need to be reliable, mature and an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities include:

Logging jobs and coordinating Service Electricians

Customer service
-
Invoicing
-
Maintaining service debtor information
-
Other general office duties
Skills required:
-
Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

Some general office experience preferred, however full on the job training will be provided

Excellent communication skills

Warm and confident telephone manner

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Good team skills

Ability to multi-task and learn quickly

Can do attitude

Current drivers licence (full or restricted preferred)
