My client is a high profile regulatory authority and due to annual leave they are seeking a skilled and capable Executive Assistant who is experienced at Chief Executive level. This is a temporary assignment starting on the 20th of August and ending on the 27th of September and includes a handover period.
The subject matter is interesting, and the role will keep you busy and challenged over the length of the assignment. Working closely with your manager will require you to be time focused, one step ahead of needs and have high standards. This position will also see you support a wider team with their needs. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Extensive diary coordination
- Email management
- Booking domestic and international travel
- Meeting preparation
- Formatting documents
- Taking minutes at team meetings
