What would you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Finance and Operations team within Internal Firm Services. Reporting to Head of Operations you will drive best practices across the NZ operations as well as partner with the lines of service to support the day to day operations.
What you’ll need to bring to the role
- You'll need a strong financial understanding of budgeting, management reporting and cost management.
- You’ll manage the costs accordingly so that they are in line with the budget.
- You’ll have experience in leading and supporting change across the organization.
- You’ll actively contribute to the continuos improvement of processes and policies.
- You will partner with the business and provide them with clear, timely and forecast information that allows them to understand the performance of the business.
