Regent Training Centre Ltd (RTC) is a Private Training Establishment focused on creating positive career options for students through raising their self-esteem and education levels. We exist because we believe in the potential of all young people to succeed.

We are seeking a problem solving, customer services superstar who has a passion for helping rangitahi achieve. This busy newly created position will play a key role in managing first impressions, and helping to create a culturally safe learning environment on campus. The successful applicant will often be the first “go to” person for both staff and students alike, while supporting some of administrative functions of our Kerikeri campus.   

Our ideal applicant will have:

  • a real heart for seeing our rangatahi achieve
  • demonstrated skills and experience in a front-line role, preferably within the education sector
  • great organisational skills and be well presented, approachable and confident
  • good attention to details, but not so much that it gets in the way of supporting people
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • a ‘can do’ attitude and belief that ‘nothing is too much trouble’
  • a passion for making a difference in the lives of our students
  • a full, clean drivers licence

This is a full time, permanent position although we may be able to be flexible with hours and days for the right person.

Please note, under the Vulnerable Children’s Act, the successful candidate will be required to undergo Police Vetting as a condition of employment.
