Your new company
Your new company is a construction firm that are looking for an experience Project Coordinator. Based in Christchurch, and well respected amongst the competition, they are a company with a reputation for quality.
Your new role
You are a skilled project coordinator with experience working in a dynamic, deadline driven environment. With your highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail you are a master at juggling and prioritising the many demands that come with coordinating multiple work streams and data all at the same time. In addition to supporting and coordinating the project team, you will update information that is constantly changing such as weekly business delivery reports, scheduling resources and the client job management system. You'll be formatting and editing reports so your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be well-used to produce documents that are professional, concise and clear. It is preferable that you have experience setting up electronic filing and documentation control systems.
