Retrofit specialize in replacing existing single glazed windows with double glazed windows creating a healthy and dry home that is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Retrofit is part of Metro Performance Glass and we are NZ's leading supplier of architectural glass to the commercial and residential construction markets, offering an extensive range of glass products and contract glazing services nationwide.
We are looking for a switched on, well organised graduate who has completed (or is about to complete) a tertiary qualification to join us in an entry level role to learn how we do things from the ground up. No two days are the same in our operation and variety, challenge and stretch are things that we can guarantee in this role!
To be the successful applicant you will need to demonstrate you are:
- Focused on achieving results, you set the bar high and you work hard to achieve a level of excellence better than most;
- Self-motivated, with a lot of energy and enthusiasm, even when the going gets tough;
- Confident working with numbers and words, and you can look at information and spot mistakes, or recognise themes and key messages in data;
- A bias for action - you organise what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and then you get on and do it - including the boring stuff!
- Good with computers (and we don't mean just the games or social media!)
- A great team player, with good communication skills, and we would enjoy working with you.
This role is challenging, there are many moving parts and its an awesome opportunity for you to learn how the Retrofit business operates.
