About the role:

It goes without saying that no two days will ever be the same in this challenging and fast-paced 12-month maternity cover PA role  You’ll keep tabs on a constantly updating diary including balancing professional, personal, and travel commitments. The wider Products team will also lean on you for assistance with various tasks including streamlining presentations and documents as well as supporting successful on-boarding of new team members.  

The Products team can be described as fun-loving and extremely hard working.  With a flexible and high achieving culture, you’ll be surrounded by witty, clever, and passionate people who truly love what they do.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 2+ years’ experience in an assistant or team coordinator type role
• Experience working within a large and multi-functional organisation
• Resilience and adaptability
• Confidence to communicate with a wide audience and remain un-phased by hierarchy
• Professional etiquette and discretion
• Experience with invoice processing and travel booking systems

Like all great assistants, you will be adept at anticipating the next steps, pre-empting what’s required, and strategically organising and planning ahead.
