Part-time (25 – 30 hours per week) position.
Nelson Provincial Museum is seeking a committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join our busy team.
The Executive Assistant will provide professional administrative support to the Chief Executive, undertake payroll and banking functions, and assist in the smooth operation of Museum processes.
The ideal applicant will have:
- A proven history of providing support at the executive level
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Accounting software user and administration skills
- Experience using MYOB and iPayroll
- The high level of integrity that delivers an ultimate trust role
- A positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.
