Based in Newmarket, this organisation is a market leader within the financial service sector. They have a professional yet close knit office culture and you will be joining a high performing team who enjoy providing excellent service to customers.
Role
Starting in two weeks, this role will be an ongoing temp role at this stage with possible long term opportunities for the right person - we are looking for a minimum 12 months commitment in the first instance.
Day to day you will be:
- Answering inbound calls
- Providing resolutions and outcomes for customer queries
- Supplying information to customers
- Updating details in the system
- Completing administration duties when required
Skills/Experience
For this role we are looking for someone who excels when it comes to communicating with customers, along with being a quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Previous call centre and/or phone based experience
- Experience within the financial service/banking/insurance sector ideally
- Top notch communication skills and superb listening abilities
- Available ASAP - ongoing
- Clear credit and criminal check
