A long standing , highly regarded client of ours is looking for an additional person to join their team on a special project for 12 months. Working in the medical supplies field, our client is a stable and long-standing business who prides themselves on their professionalism and service they provide to their customers and the medical profession.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This role will ideally start in late August or September. You will report to the Administration Manager but will work alongside an experienced Logistics/Customer Service operator and be responsible for the following duties for this key project:
- Allocation of orders (new and replacement) daily for dispatch in a timely manner
- Accurate tracking of serial numbers and order through CRM and Excel
- Communication with customers regarding orders, replacements and warranties
- Administration support to sales team
- Back up to the customer services team
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone that has good all-round admin, logistics and customer services experience to hit the ground running. You will understand the importance of delivery to customers, have top notch attention to detail, pride yourself on your strong follow up and relish taking ownership of the process. You will have Excel skills and have a working knowledge of CRM systems.
