As our Client Services Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients in our brand new Papamoa Clinic!
The role will be to ensure the smooth day to day running of the clinic. You'll be meeting and greeting clients, taking payments, making bookings, running reports, ensuring client payment, doing stock take and ordering, as well as undertaking contracts.
We work closely with ACC and you'll be dealing with a lot of confidential information, so a high degree of professionalism and maturity is a must.
We're a rapidly growing business with clinics throughout the North Island – so once you're up and running, there's certainly opportunity to add more to the business if you're keen, self-motivated and show initiative!
Do you have what it takes?
- You'll be a natural people person, who gets a kick out of helping others!
- Existing administration experience, along with a great phone manner
- Highly customer focussed, can empathise and problem solve
- IT savvy – with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- A background in health would be a bonus!
Hours are full time- Monday to Friday 8pm to 5pm
