This is an end to end customer services role, from receiving/receipting the order to ensuring that the order is distributed on time. As one of the 6 customer services team, you will enjoy a busy and challenging role where you can make a difference, whilst enjoying working in a close knit team.
This role includes:
• Receiving orders (high volume)
• Confirming and providing customer service to the clients by email and phone
• Processing orders in the ERP system / booking transport
• Liaising with sales and warehousing to clarify and ensure orders are filled correctly
You will need:
• Customer service experience with products / preferably in the building industry
• ERP Experience
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong admin skills
