We are after a Recruitment Coordinator for a fixed term temp assignment from now until November 16th

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone screening potential candidates
  • Initial vetting
  • Reference checking
  • General administrative tasks

Criteria:

  • Must be eligible to work in NZ
  • Pass a NZ Police vetting check
  • Must have recent referees available to contact
  • If from overseas – a recent police records check from that country

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience and knowledge of recruitment practices
  • The ability to work cohesively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong computer and administration skills
