Looking for varied role in fast pace industry?  Well we might have the right role for you!

Our client is well-known in the real estate industry and they are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join their current team.  This is a permanent opportunity and would be ideal for someone that wants to work as a contractor. 

You will be employed as a self-employed contractor however will be paid on a weekly basis.  As a contractor you will hit the ground running and will come from the real estate industry.  To be successful in this role you must be able to understand the real estate lingo and be able to relate to your clients. 

The role

  • Update Client Database
  • Ensure that all contact with Clients are recorded
  • Print and update daily pipeline
  • Confirm appointments with team
  • Keep up with potential listings and follow up all appraisals until they become listed.
  • Book advertising space in the necessary publications and ensure all advertisements appear in all the publications
  • Keep records of financial budget and marketing schedule.
  • Process new listings
  • Prepare Open Home packages
  • Book photography, Property Press and Herald adverts.
  • Update all social media sites
  • Put out open home signs (Driving required)
  • General office administration duties

The ideal Candidate

  • Will have 2-3 years of experience in real estate industry or similar background
  • Full clean New Zealand driver’s license
  • Be a team player with ability to work autonomously
  • Personable and approachable
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised and efficient
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • New Zealand Residence or Citizen
