  • $25ph + 8% holiday pay

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Premises management
  • Working with external service providers
  • Ensuring regular maintenance schedule is complied with
  • Coordination of maintenance and repairs
  • Administration, reporting and invoice processing

What do I need?

  • Ideally experience in a similar role involving facilities or office management
  • Exceptional coordination skills and ability to work in a fast paced and demanding role
  • Approachable, organised and can juggle multiple tasks
  • Reliable, responsible, trustworthy and excellent communicator
