- $25ph + 8% holiday pay
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Premises management
- Working with external service providers
- Ensuring regular maintenance schedule is complied with
- Coordination of maintenance and repairs
- Administration, reporting and invoice processing
What do I need?
- Ideally experience in a similar role involving facilities or office management
- Exceptional coordination skills and ability to work in a fast paced and demanding role
- Approachable, organised and can juggle multiple tasks
- Reliable, responsible, trustworthy and excellent communicator
- Available immediately
