Our client is currently seeking a Business Administrator to support a busy division within their large organisation. Strong coordination and organisation skills are vital in this position as you will be a go to person in the team, and would need to always be one step ahead.
- Excellent CBD location – close to viaduct harbour
- 3 months initially – potential to extend or lead to further opportunities
- Full time, Monday – Friday, standard business hours
- $27 per hour + 8% holiday
You will primarily be assisting the Division Manager with his diary, but will also support the wider team with the day to day administration. It will be a varied role, with no two days being the same.
Key duties will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Minute taking
- Booking meeting rooms
- Reporting as required
We are looking for someone is a confident individual and has the ability to show initiative. This role is due to start as soon as possible so to be successfully considered you will be available immediately and have:
- 3+ years in administrative-based roles
- Strong Microsoft office skills including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
