Currently experiencing an influx of Administrator and Receptionist roles across Auckland we are now seeking skilled, motivated and switched on individuals who are ready to delve into their next assignment! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Assisting with enquiry via phone and email and diverting as required
- Data entry
- Scanning, filing, storing and archiving of all documents
- Processing invoices and assisting with mail outs
- Other general administration tasks
We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to support a wider team. Other things we look for:
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner
- Exceptionally high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound understanding of Excel and the Microsoft Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible to work in New Zealand, if on a visa you must have 6 months or more remaining
