We are an Authorised Samsung Service Centre located in Albany, Auckland. Our service centre is a dedicated repairer of Samsung products including Mobile Phones, Tablets, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Televisions and more.

Our company has experienced significant growth which is expected to continue for many years ahead. We are in an exciting transition phase implementing new processes & procedures to further improve our service standards. 

We are currently in need of a hard-working and diligent Customer Service Representative who is willing to go the extra mile to add value to our organisation.

In this role, you will be expected to provide effective, efficient and professional service to our customers at all times.

A successful applicant will possess:
 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A strong customer satisfaction focus.
  • Strong sense of integrity & loyalty.
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline to manage escalations to resolution.
  • Past experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • The ability to multi-task and work under pressure to very tight timelines

This position will be responsible for the following tasks:
 

  • Handling administration duties relevant to our repair operations including but not limited to booking service orders, sending quotes and invoices and responding to customer email queries.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Providing call backs to request further information or to provide service job updates.
  • Updating service job status on the in house systems as required.
  • Taking ownership of escalations by liaising with the other stakeholders to provide a high standard of customer service to Samsung customers at all times.


Previous call centre experience or customer service experience in a customer facing role will be an advantage.
