Who we are

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a competent Sales Support Administrator to join an industry leader specialising in providing tailored residential and commercial ventilation, heating extraction and lighting products to the New Zealand market for more than 30 years.

About the role

Your primary focus will be to give quality all round sales and administration support to the National Sales Manager and sales team.  You will play a key role in the overall administration of a CRM package and be responsible for ensuring online training, marketing campaigns and trade events are coordinated well.  You will be responsible for maintaining and administrating the sales quotation system with internal and external customers while providing accurate sales reports in a timely manner.

About you

We are looking for someone who is motivated with a high level of understanding and commitment to customer service, and has the ability to communicate well to people from a wide range of disciplines and levels of responsibility.  A team player who is proactive and supports the company's strategic objectives.   A person that demonstrates using their initiative and is able to cope with high demand workloads, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications and experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years sales administrator/coordinator experience.
  • Highly competent in excel, word and PowerPoint with very strong analytical skills.
  • Some experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP systems is preferred.
  • Experience in a CRM package such as Salesforce or similar is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of office administration and reporting systems.
